The blade is plasma cut from O-1 tool steel, forged into a hollow, bent into a variable sweep curve, hardened, tempered, ground, handled and sharpened. The double tapered, octagonal handle is made from hardwood and comes in two lengths; 6 3/4” and 5”. Included with each knife is a wet-molded leather blade cover.
