This little shave is designed to be used either pushing or pulling, and works well on pieces clamped in a shaving horse. The blade is 3” long, and overall length is just shy of 14.” If you already use a drawknife, especially a small one, you may find this tool to be redundant. But, if you need a very small drawknife, or want more control than you get with a sloyd knife, you may find this tool to fill a useful niche. Handles and blade cover are made from a variety of beautiful hardwoods. Current batch is handled in natural hickory.
